Opened in the fall of 2012 for a reported $400 million dollars, Hollywood Casino is a modern, contemporary casino owned by Penn National Gaming.

In 2009, Ohio voters passed an amendment allowing four cities to have one casino each: Cincinnati, Cleveland, Toledo, and Columbus.Ĭolumbus also has a racino, but we’ll cover that further down. The Hollywood Casino is the only casino in Columbus, OhioĬolumbus is home to the Hollywood Casino Columbus, a spacious, Las Vegas-style casino just 7 miles west of downtown.
